About the role

In this role, you will:

  • Plan and implement each traveler’s unique trip according to their inquiry along with any mentorship needed. You will also suggest extra details according to what they already want & ideas about what they could possibly want

  • Guide the customers in their journey to booking, answering any requests on time. You’ll be expected to care for and understand each customer’s unique profile and help them accomplish their ideal trip accordingly

  • Excellent listener for the issues and needs of the customer

  • Targeted towards the customer-centric approach

  • Unstoppable in serving your customers. You care about their needs and won’t stop trying to find ways to help them accomplish their unforgettable trip

  • Open to understanding the importance of being inquisitive and to constantly evolving your skills

  • Able to communicate perfectly in written and spoken English

  • Familiar with a digital environment and related tools (Office, CRM, etc)

  • Able to organize your tasks so as not to get overwhelmed

  • Responsible and follow through on your commitments

  • Spend additional time to discuss, customize, finalize and hold clients’ hand until it’s 100% close to their expectations

  • Be the best point of contact for the client all the way to selling the trip. This means being available to respond to all their questions, either alone or with the support of other members

  • Make all necessary bookings and communication related to the trip. This may include researching destinations and coordinating all aspects of travel logistics

  • Ensure people have a great experience throughout the trip, learn about anything that makes them unhappy and pass feedback to other members

  • Follow up for a feedback after the trip

What we value

Accountability

We respect our customers and our colleagues. When we say we’ll do something, we do it. If we need help, we reach out. We never ever drop the ball.

Empathy

We care for our customers and our colleagues. We understand that there’s another person on the other side of our Product struggling to do their job and we want to help them. We also respect the time and effort of our colleagues. We do our best to help them do their job and make their day nicer. Ultimately: we care for other people and we want to see them succeed.

Growth Mindset

We never stop trying to become better: persons, colleagues, professionals. We constantly try to improve how we show up in the world and how we offer our gift. We never stop advancing our craft. In this team, you will be supported to grow.

Ownership

We change the trash bags when they become full. We pick up the trash from the street. When we see something that can be improved, we do it or we find someone who will. We’re owners. Actors, not victims. We take initiative and responsibility to improve things in life, in our work, in the company.  We own our part of life.

Proactivity

Trips always have unpredictable factors. It can be demanding weather (we never-ever use the word ‘bad weather’!), a client’s unaccepted behavior, and many more. We value the skill to make plans B or C beforehand or on the spot.

Our philosophy and values

As much as we love to help our clients flourish through our trips, we also yearn to make our world a better place for all. Our philosophy and values include:

  2. References — could we reach out to a previous colleague and get their opinion?

  3. Who are you? What do you bring to every team you have worked in? What is your own way of seeing things?

  4. In your cover letter, tell us about the last movie you watched.

  5. Contact details: Name, email, phone number. Don't worry, we won't cold call you.

Step 2: Intro call

We’ll do a short call to get to know each other (~20 minutes).

Step 3: Interview

We will do a longer interview so we can know each other better. We'll also test your knowledge and skills and try to determine culture fit.

Step 4: You're on. That’s it.
